Here at The Clear Mind Clinic, we provide a confidential, nonjudgmental safe space to listen and empathize with your situation and help you, were required, develop the skills you need to effectively manage these obstacles for a balanced emotional state of wellbeing. We use a number of Psychological and Psychotherapeutic evidence-based approaches based on your specific needs.
Duration of therapy is on an individual basis, some people need one or two sessions for a particular issue, others need longer term therapy, and this is discussed at the end of the initial appointment.
